Who is Emily?

And how did she come up with Emoticlean?

Hi, my name is Emily, and for a long time I believed that a healthy relationship simply wasn’t possible for me. Every romance left me feeling isolated, rejected, drained, anxious, misunderstood, and unsafe. I kept asking myself: β€œWhy does this keep happening?” Deep down, I could feel that the love and life I desired was out there β€” but just out of my grasp.

In my search, I tried everything I could think of to raise my self-esteem and attract love. I invested thousands of dollars, followed every program and technique, but nothing seemed to work. As I predicted engagements and wedding dates, and watched friends and family celebrate milestones, I began to question my intuition and wonder if love just wasn’t meant for me.

Then, in November 2023, I reached one of the darkest moments of my life. A friend encouraged me to step back, breathe, and try again β€” one last time. Over the next 10 months, I began working through a series of steps that eventually became the Emoticlean framework. These steps helped me release toxic patterns, build clarity and confidence, and make space for something new.

Not long after completing them, I could feel the presence of the love of my life β€” someone who truly embodies the kind, respectful, and loving relationship I had always dreamed of. I predicted 6 months before I met him the week we would meet, and I was right!

Now, it’s my mission to guide other women through the same journey β€” to help them clear out toxic people and patterns, rediscover their self-worth, and step into the healthy, loving relationships they deserve. Relationships where you don’t have to fix someone. Relationships where love feels natural, supportive, and true.
